I hope that you are staying safe during this current pandemic that we are going through. Truly unprecedent times that we are dealing with. I just wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know how I am handling my business during the Coronavirus.

Our office is remaining open to process deals and put new listings up, however all agents have been asked to work from home as much as possible. I am in a position where I have a fully functional home office so I am ok with that. There isn’t a lot that I can not do digitally or remotely aside from actually walking through homes for showings.

Although I remain open for business it is not business as usual. Here are some of the precautions that I am taking.

-No open houses

-No face to face multiple offer situations

-I am encouraging Buyer clients to only book showings for homes that they are very interested in seeing.

-I have told my sellers to leave all lights on and doors open so that buyers who are going through do not have to touch anything.

-I have plastic gloves for showings for myself and buyers.

-I am only using digital signatures.

-All buyers are being asked if they have left the country in the last 14 days and if they have any symptoms of the virus before showings.

With all of this said life goes on and there are a lot of people out there who still need to buy and sell their homes during this time. I am available to help. For most homes I have the ability to provide you with an opinion of value on your home without even going to your home. I can pull up comparable sales from the past and give you an idea of what a home like yours may sell for today.
